About Me:
I am an artist, photographer, psychotherapist, writer, environmentalist, amateur marine biologist and blogger. Friendship and community are two of the values I hold most dear, and am continuously working to remove the barriers between people. I believe that the highest state one can achieve is selfless service to humanity, and I strive continuously to get out of my own way, and be a facilitator for community and connectedness.
Since moving to California from Massachusetts with my lovely girlfriend, Sarah, In October, 2008, I have been struggling to find my place, but remain optimistic that I will be able to make a living in the midst of the current economic situation. I am in love with the ocean, which is part of my reason for moving to Pacific Grove, and am learning about the ocean on various levels, from diatoms to ocean 'dead zones.' I believe that we must take care of the oceans, for they are the source of all life.
I am exploring the potentialities of SNS (social networking services) for building community, raising consciousness and staying connected with old friends.
